Information abstracted from building permits is available in the form of annual marketing list subscriptions. For larger companies seeking to load permit data into their property database, licensing agreements are available. The data is also being made available to licensing clients to research and use for their own files.

""For more than 140 years, our data has empowered industry professionals with information to grow their businesses. The addition of building permit data will enable small businesses, industry leaders and policy makers to continue to make informed decisions,"" said Warren Group CEO Timothy M. Warren Jr. ""We're excited to provide more information to realtors, appraisers, insurance companies, lenders and the construction trade. Plus, it further strengthens our relationships with town building departments in our coverage area.""

According to the Warren Group's announcement, data from Rhode Island, Southern New Hampshire, and Southern Maine is expected to be released later this year.
