The database covers the entire state of Massachusetts and includes information such as contractors' names, addresses, and telephone numbers as well as estimated valuation of construction work and the type of work being performed. Permit numbers and issue dates are also included.

For larger companies seeking to load permit data into their property database, licensing agreements are available.
