Black Knight, CRS Data Combine Forces

The MLS Solutions division of Black Knight Financial Services and CRS Data have formed a strategic partnership to create a simple solution integrating the capabilities of Paragon MLS, Black Knight’s flagship multiple listing service (MLS) system, and CRS Data’s tax suite.

The integration of the two systems will provide a “one-stop shop” for MLS members that bundles the industry’s highest-rated MLS system with powerful property tax data tools.

“Combining the strengths of our two systems is going to offer tremendous benefits to MLS organizations and their members by providing them with greater functionality and sophisticated tools to easily access valuable information on their mobile devices to better serve home buyers,” CRS Data President and CEO Matt Casey said.

Black Knight’s Paragon MLS system has earned top honors in the annual Clareity MLS Customer Satisfaction Survey for four years in a row, with the highest scores going to MLS staff end-users on key metrics for customer satisfaction. Those key metrics include system performance and uptime, technical support, vendor responsiveness, and communications.

The Paragon MLS system helps real estate professionals manage their businesses and collaborate with clients. The system is compatible with all major Internet browsers and can be accessed via iPad and Android tablets. Features of the system include multi-tasking capabilities, intuitive navigation and workflow, wizards for contacts, listing maintenance, and CMA presentations. The seamless integration between the Paragon system and CRS Data's MLS Tax Suite makes current tax data, detailed maps, and robust features on all browsers easily accessible to real estate professionals. MLS members will be able to quickly find listings and FSBOs and provide clients with professional presentations by using the MLS Tax Suite to access comprehensive, up-to-date property and public records from Black Knight Data & Analytics.

The combined product offers such features as optimization for mobile devices, intuitive navigation, ability to add home improvement values, and multi-county search capabilities, according to the announcement.

“Establishing a strategic relationship with a best-of-breed partner such as CRS Data provides our users with a seamlessly integrated MLS and property tax data solution,” said Black Knight Data & Analytics Vice President and Real Estate Market Leader Chip McAvoy. “Both of our companies share the same passion and dedication for the highest levels of innovation and service to our customers.”
