Previously, Dashevsky has performed as an originator of commercial mortgages for companies including ""Metlife Capital"":https://www.metlife.com/business/investors/real.../capital-markets.html and ""GE Capital"":www.gecapital.com/. In his new role for A10, Dashevsky will help support the firm's initiatives in the small- to middle-market mini-perm commercial mortgage business.

Speaking out on Dashevsky's hiring, A10's CEO Jerry Dunn said, ""We are pleased to have Bruce join our firm to address the demand for commercial mortgages that we are seeing in this market. Bruce is an industry veteran who brings a wealth of commercial real estate lending experience. Our expansion into the Tri-State area continues to affirm A10 Capital as the lender of choice for commercial real estate investors in the small to middle markets.""

Adding his thoughts, Dashevsky noted, ""I am excited to join A10 Capital's diverse team of commercial real estate and finance professionals. I see the demand in the Tri-State area for A10's value-add/mini-perm loans for un-stabilized properties since most regional banks are significantly reducing their commercial real estate exposure.""
