""We knew Ruston was the right place to open our third facility, and that decision has been confirmed every day we've been here,"" said CEO Caroline Reaves. ""Ruston and [COLUMN_BREAK]

Louisiana officials have welcomed us with open arms, and we've been able to hire the workers we need to services our clients.""

Originally slated to add 90 jobs to the area over the course of five years, the center has already added 70 new jobs, putting it well ahead of its initial plan. The facility currently accommodates up to 90 employees and has the ability to expand to hold 180.

MCS chose Ruston as the site for its center because the city is home to Louisiana Tech University and sits not far from Grambling--home to Grambling State University. Together, the communities provide a flexible workforce for evening and weekend hours, allowing MCS to offer after-hours support to vendors and clients around the country.

""We love that we have been able to bring jobs to rural America while at the same time providing a service to our clients,"" said Ken Scheller, VP of operations for MCS and overseer of the Ruston facility. ""We're grateful to the people of Ruston for making this initiative such a success.""
