Churchill Snags Second Place Honors

The _Nashville Business Journal_ has honored ""Churchill Mortgage Corp."":http://www.churchillmortgage.com/ within its annual list of the top 25 Fastest-Growing Companies. Ranking second on the prestigious roster, Churchill's programs offering traditional, FHA, and VA residential loans secured the company's strong placement.

The ""25 Fastest-Growing Companies"" listing is distilled from the magazine's top 100 ranking of the largest private companies in Middle Tennessee based on revenue. Churchill's conservative approach toward borrowers selecting a mortgage loan also garnered the attention of radio host and author, Dave Ramsey, who officially endorses the company; Ramsey has never put his

weight behind any other mortgage lender, making Churchill the first and only entity to receive his formal backing.

President and publisher of the _Nashville Business Journal_, Kate Herman, said of the magazines annual honors, ""The companies that make our '25 Fastest-Growing Companies' list are already among the most well-established companies in Middle Tennessee. These awards show that even larger companies in Nashville are growing, helping to growing our local economy -- even in challenging economic conditions.""

Mike Hardwick, Churchill's president, commented on his company's presence on the list, saying, ""We attribute our success and continued growth to our commitment to operating the company without debt and providing the right loan product for each borrower. We recently completed the best first six months in company history in Q1-Q2 2011 in spite of the recession, and we continue to expand into other markets, recently opening new branches in Texas and Middle Tennessee. We aim to grow and support as many borrowers as we can, and we're honored to be recognized for our accomplishments.""

Since 1992, Churchill has served clients in the Middle Tennessee region from its Brentwood-based headquarters. The company boasts a focus on lending the ""right"" loan product to each borrower and a commitment to each client's financial sustainability for the life of the loan.
