In addition, Auction.com also hired Kristen Chin in the newly-created role of VP of consumer engagement, which involves spearheading a cohesive, comprehensive, company-wide effort to help Auction.com employees understand the company's customers raise awareness of their needs both now and for the future. "Becoming a more customer-centric company is crucial to our long-term success and a foundational philosophy that we are very serious about," Morse said.
