Listed among the ""OTC's"":http://www.otcmarkets.com/home collection of companies, better known as the riskier ""Pink Sheets,"" MuniMae is part of the entity's ""OTCQB"":http://www.otcmarkets.com/otcqb/home tier. MuniMae's position within the OTC's middle tier indicates that, though the company reports to the SEC, it is not subject to the financial and qualitative standards applied to organizations among the top tier of OTC companies, those listed as ""OTCQX"":http://www.otcmarkets.com/otcqx/home.

Additionally, MuniMae's standing within the OTC means that it is not traditionally traded via a stock exchange, and in a broad

sense, though companies under the OTCQX and OTCQB groupings do make regular reports to the SEC or other financial regulators, none of the ""Pink Sheets"" organizations are technically required to adhere to many of the SEC's regulations.

MuniMae is making the documents available in compliance with the SEC's ""Notice and Access"" rule, and each interested shareholder will be able to print the relevant notations free of charge through MuniMae's website. Additionally, all included parties can access instructions on how to obtain the documents via MuniMae.com or by reading the packet received by shareholders in September, titled ""Notice of Internet Availability of Proxy Materials.""

Held in Baltimore, Maryland, at the offices of ""Gallagher Evelius & Jones, LLP"":www.gejlaw.com/, this will be the first Annual Meeting of Shareholders for MuniMae's newly appointed chief financial officer, Lisa Roberts, and the company's recently added director and audit committee member, Frederick W. Puddester. Roberts assumed her post following the resignation of David Kay, and Puddester joined the MuniMae board of directors after previously serving in a similar role for its subsidiary, MuniMae TE Bond Subsidiary, LLC.

MuniMae specializes in meeting diverse real estate needs in the tax-exempt bond sector for the multi-family housing segment, and the company lists its core values as ""integrity, innovation, and service."" ""OTC Markets Group, Inc."":http://www.otcmarkets.com/home, which is identified as the U.S. ""over-the-counter"" securities market, serves to facilitate the exchange of securities between independent brokers.
