Churchill Executive Recognized by Regional Publication

Matthew C. Clarke, Churchill's CFO and COO, was a finalist in this year's CFO Awards, which recognize leading CFOs from corporations in Middle Tennessee.

""Matthew is a true financial leader committed to our company and the Middle Tennessee business community,"" said Churchill President Mike Hardwick.

Clarke's 17-year career in the financial industry includes experience in financial management, operational management, business development, strategic planning, process development, mergers and acquisitions, and risk management.

At Churchill, where Clarke has spent the past 10 years of his career, he has helped transition the company from a mortgage broker to a mortgage banker.

Previously, Clarke held positions at CAN Insurance Companies and Massachusetts Mutual.

The industry veteran has also served on the boards of several industry and community organizations, such as Mortgage Partners of America, Real Estate Services of America, and the Shalom Foundation. He is the current president of The Churchill Agency and ICAN Foundation.

_The Nashville Business Journal_ announced the winners of the CFO Awards October 15 during an award dinner in Nashville, and the winners are also featured in the October 19 issue.
