Featuring targeted search tools, Global.Remax.Com will provide real estate information for more than 60 countries and territories, and users will be able to communicate in 30 different languages, translate currencies, and read international housing news on the website. Additionally, the online platform will rotate highlights on specific countries and regions and give consumers access to an in-depth news feed.

In a company statement RE/MAX noted that countries like India, Brazil, and China are experiencing population growth and rising income levels that make their respective housing markets home buying hot beds for residential, commercial, and investment properties.

Elaborating on the debut of Global.Remax.Com, RE/MAX's executive vice president of U.S. and international regional development, William E. Soteroff, said, ""We make our customers our priority, and they told us they needed a comprehensive resource for international properties. We're seeing an increasing number of foreign buyers looking for property in the U.S. and American buyers looking overseas.├âÔÇÜ├é┬á Global.Remax.Com is essentially a one-stop source for residential and commercial real estate, no matter where you live.""

Continuing his commentary, Soternoff stated, ""We're growing because there's a need for experienced and professional agents. In some countries, RE/MAX has been the first real estate brand to go in and open for business.├âÔÇÜ├é┬á It's exciting to be a part of that.""

Currently, RE/MAX has a franchise presence in over 80 countries globally. With a total of more than 6,300 offices and 90,000 agents, buyers, and sellers all over the world, RE/MAX is the largest real estate company of its kind.
