Pacific Union CEO Recognized with Real Estate Leadership Award

""Pacific Union's"":http://www.pacunion.com/ CEO, Mark A. McLaughlin, was named as the recipient of the 2013 RISMedia Real Estate Leadership Award, a national award recognizing members of the real estate community who embrace innovation and blaze new trails.

McLaughlin has served as a leader in the real estate industry for more than 20 years, holding key management roles with Jones Lang LaSalle and Colliers [COLUMN_BREAK]

International earlier in his career. After that, he went on to serve as the first executive recruited to LoopNet, Inc., a leading online real estate marketplace, and was interim president of Sperry Van Ness International.

In September 2006, he launched Morgan Lane, building it up to being one of the most respected luxury brands serving California's Marin County.

Since taking over at Pacific Union in 2009, McLaughlin has guided the company through exceptional growth: According to a company release, sales volume has more than doubled and market share has increased by at least double digits in all regions.

He accepted the award at RISMedia's annual Power Broker Dinner, held November 8.
