MIS Approved for UCDP Integration

Another company has announced its integration with the ""Uniform Collateral Data Portal"":https://www.efanniemae.com/sf/technology/commitloandel/ucdp/, a delivery system that is now required for application compliance with the ""Uniform Appraisal Dataset"":www.efanniemae.com/sf/lqi/umdp/uad/index.jsp.

""Mortgage Information Services, Inc."":www.mtginfo.com/, has completed its testing prior to the December 1 deadline set by the ""Federal Housing Finance Agency"":www.fhfa.gov/, and the company has been approved, taking its connection with the UCDP live this week.

The UCDP, which is a platform designed to submit appraisal data to ""Fannie Mae"":www.fanniemae.com/ and ""Freddie Mac"":www.freddiemac.com/, targets more efficient and accurate collection of appraiser-related documents. Clients of MIS who are working with the GSEs will now be able to place their orders via the technology company's web-based placement and tracking module, without taking costly time to manually upload the appraisal report to the UCDP.

Through its online programs, MIS will fully facilitate UAD-compliant appraisal delivery for users. In a company statement, MIS noted that it ""prides itself on providing services that streamline the valuation, title and closing processes, allowing their clients to focus on growing and maintaining their businesses.""

A national provider of real estate information to the residential mortgage market for more than two decades, MIS offers title insurance, closing, and valuation services to origination and servicing companies around the U.S. The company's centralized platforms give clients a single point of contact for every order, ensuring that MIS provides superior customer service.
