Reneé Greenman, formerly the agency's Seattle Multifamily Hub Director, joined the company as managing director.
[IMAGE]Working for HUD, Greenman, streamlined the Federal Housing Administration's (FHA) program delivery in an effort to preserve and increase affordable housing in Northwest markets. She also oversaw a portfolio of 1,225 properties involving more than $240 million in annual subsidy payments with a total mortgage obligation of more than $3 billion.
She also earned praise for the focus she brought to continuous improvement strategies at HUD, including her pioneering of a ""lean"" management style designed to reduce waste and increase productivity.
