The Philadelphia Fed promoted Constance H. Wallgren to vice president and chief examinations officer in the bank's supervision, regulation and credit (SRC) department. She was previously an assistant vice president. Robin P. Myers, a team manager in the bank's consumer compliance and Community Reinvestment Act unit, was promoted to assistant vice president to fill Wallgren's former position.
In addition, William T. Wisser has been promoted to assistant vice president in the SRC's community and regional supervision unit. He was previously a team manager responsible for regional bank supervision.
