McDonald's signature product Servicing/T.I.M.E. was launched in 1980 and reinvented in 2008 when the company released the Web/T.I.M.E.

The revised software is a web-based, real-time program developed by mortgage bankers themselves to best accommodate their changing, according to McDonald Company.

The platform allows lenders to access loan information any time, day or night, through a protected connection.

The product can also accommodate all loan types, including first and second mortgages, ARMs, home equity loans, balloon loans and more.

Founded by Jim McDonald in 1976, McDonald Computer is the oldest privately-owned, mortgage servicing solution provider in the U.S.

""As we enter our 37th year and the industry landscape continues to change, we are dedicated to helping both new and established servicers build up their businesses,"" McDonald said Tuesday with the company's announcement.

In fact, McDonald is offering the industry a free one-year trial of Web/T.I.M.E.

McDonald also offers a customer service product ├â┬ó├óÔÇÜ┬¼├óÔé¼┼ô MyLoanInfo ├â┬ó├óÔÇÜ┬¼├óÔé¼┼ô allowing borrowers to view their loan status in real-time. MyLoanInfo offers borrowers updates on recent payments, loan balance, upcoming payment due dates, and IRS reports.

""Since 1976, we have been acutely focused on the mortgage servicing industry, and we will continuously contribute to its strength in any way possible,"" McDonald stated.
