Churchill Mortgage Adds 12 Professionals to Its Roster

The 12 new employees will fill growing needs as loan officers, home loan specialists, processors, and software developers.

Jeff Raveling joined the Churchill team at its Mt. Juliet branch as a new home loan specialist. In his new position, Raveling will assist borrowers in choosing viable loan options as they finance or refinance their homes. Raveling has close to 10 years' industry experience and held positions with First Acceptance Mortgage and United Capital Lending.

Also serving as a home loan specialist, Randy DeLay joined Churchill's Memphis branch after seven years as a mortgage consultant. DeLay will both originate new loans and manage relationships with local banks and real estate agents. DeLay holds a bachelor's degree from the University or Arkansas.

Kimberly Wooten also joined the Memphis branch. Wooten, a former sales and team management specialist at Belk, has adopted the role of customer

care specialist. Wooten will prescreen potential buyers.

Churchill's Brentwood offices welcomed five new hires: James Fend as internet marketing specialist, Donna Polder as customer care specialist, Pamela Hargrove as processor, James Rogers as software developer, and Karen David as mortgage loan officer.

Fend will maintain Churchill's websites, optimize online assets, and leverage online resources to develop new business.

Polder steps into her new customer care role with 14 years' experience from Regions Bank and SunTrust Bank.

Hargrove will prepare files for underwriting and closing. She has experience as a mortgage manager from Crescent Federal Credit Union and as a processing supervisor at Franklin American Mortgage. Hargrove holds a business degree from Martin Methodist and membership in the National Association of Mortgage Lending.

Rogers, a former software developer for GLFA will write and maintain Churchill's software programs.

Currently serving as vice president of the Referral Advantage Network of Nashville, David brings 11 years' experience to her role as a mortgage loan officer. David is also a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Nashville.

Churchill also welcomes three new employees at its Texas branches, two in Houston and one at its North Texas branch.

Jeanine West will join the Houston branch as a senior loan officer, and Denise Sanders will join the branch as a processor.

West will work with borrowers to obtain mortgage loans to help them finance or refinance their homes. West previously worked at Wells Fargo Bank and Nationwide Insurance, and she is a member of the Woman's Council of Realtors.

Sanders brings with her loan processing experience from the Bank of Texas and MHL Financial Inc.
