Four New Faces at Floridian Community Bank

The four new faces include real estate firm president Sergio Contreras, mortgage consultant Brent Enck, private banker Susan Lamb, and mortgage broker Jeff Meiselman. According to the statement, Meiselman, a broker from Palm Beach County, will operate from the Delray Beach Branch, while Lamb, a banker with experience at ""Chase"":https://www.chase.com/ and ""National City Mortgage"":http://www.pncmortgage.com/, takes a spot at the Delray and Juno Beach branches.

A former executive at a real estate firm in Plantation, Florida, Contreras will join the Davie Branch; Enck, with experience at Harbor Federal Savings and National City Bank, will take a position as a mortgage consultant, the statement said.

New to each other as a team, the four members will advise clients who want to purchase or refinance their homes by securing mortgage loans. Their other duties will include reviewing mortgage loan applications, pushing forward with underwriting documents, and soliciting new business from local attorneys, realtors, and certified public accountants.
