Primary Residential Mortgage Receives Workplace Tribute

PRMI Giving Network team.

Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. (PRMI), which funded over $5.4 billion in home loans in 2017, has been awarded a 2018 Top Workplaces honor for the third year in a row by The Salt Lake Tribune. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by Energage, LLC. The anonymous evaluation measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection.

“Top Workplaces is more than just recognition,” said Energage CEO, Doug Claffey. “Our research shows organizations that earn the award attract better talent, experience lower turnover and are better equipped to deliver bottom-line results. Their leaders prioritize and carefully craft a healthy workplace culture that supports employee engagement.”

Creating and fostering the kind of workplace that’s attractive to today’s workforce is certainly a top priority for the leadership team at PRMI. Whether it’s rewarding employee success through recognition programs, encouraging a healthy work-life balance with health and wellness initiatives, promoting community support through the company’s service platform, PRMI Giving Network, or simply creating stronger teams through regularly planned social activities, PRMI is committed to investing in a company culture that bolsters positivity, creativity and productivity.

“Over the past 20 years, we’ve built a company based around the core belief that our employees are our most valuable asset,” said PRMI CEO, Dave Zitting. “We know that our success is purely a result of having the most talented and dedicated folks in the business, which is why we work hard to ensure they know how much we appreciate all they do to make PRMI a top workplace.”

Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. (PRMI) is a nationwide, multibillion-dollar franchise cofounded in 1998 by Dave Zitting, Jeff Zitting, and Steve Chapman. With nearly 250 branches, licensed in 49 states and over 1,500 employees, PRMI has been repeatedly recognized as a top mortgage lender and was recently inducted into the 2018 Ellie Mae Hall of Fame for Excellence in Compliance.
