Capstone Mortgage Recruits Operations Manager

In Arizona, Capstone Mortgage announced the newest name in its recent hiring spree: Vicky Elleray has joined the Scottsdale-based company as operations/servicing manager.

Previously, Elleray worked as the field operations manager at CUNA Mutual Group, managing 70 field operations staff who worked to provide direct service to clients nationwide. She also served as operations manager and VP/strategic account executive at Balboa Insurance for two years.

At Capstone, her responsibilities include the oversight of day-to-day mortgage servicing operations for the company.

“Vicky has a huge amount of experience in the industry,” said Capstone president Bobby Barnes. “We are very fortunate to have such a seasoned professional join our team.”
