In his new position, Gonzalez will manage project management company-wide.

"I'm very pleased that Cisco has made the decision to join us at Ernst," said Gregory E. Teal, President and CEO of Ernst Publishing. "His industry experience and project management expertise will benefit every Ernst customer. The fact that he has experience with us from when he was with a lender is an even greater benefit to us. I look forward to what he can bring to our operation."

Previously, Gonzalez was VP, Business Liaison Consultant at Wells Fargo. He started at the national bank in 2011 as AVP, Operational Risk Consultant. Gonzalez started his career as a consultant for Accenture after serving as an officer in the U.S. Navy. He went on to serve as an IT project manager in a number of industries, including communications and healthcare, before turning to financial services.

Gonzalez says his plans involve introducing enhanced project management methodologies that will help the company to manage its explosive growth while maintaining the high quality of service its customers have learned to expect.

"I had the opportunity to work with the entire Ernst team when I was with Wells and I was so impressed with them," Gonzalez stated. "I'm excited to be part of Ernst and contribute to their continued growth and success. They are a fantastic team. Having been on the other side of the business, I know that there are so many opportunities for a good technology leader that can deliver great results and Ernst is premier. I'm excited to be a part of it."
