Mortgage Returns Announces Upgrades to TRUE CRM Product

Computer-monitorMortgage Returns, a firm specializing in customer relationship management (CRM) technology and automated marketing solutions for the mortgage industry, announced improvements to its TRUE CRM system designed to further increase return on investment for clients.

Features added to the upgraded TRUE CRM include new marketing materials, content control, and advanced reporting capabilities, allowing users to manage and edit their company’s email marketing library, evaluate and compare performance through business analytics, and reference customer and referral partner survey reports to identify points of feedback.

“These new features provide enhancements that enable lenders to drive profitability by strengthening their relationships with customers, prospects and referral partners in a purchase market with decreased loan production,” said Jim Blatt, president and CEO of the St. Louis-based company.

These features build on Mortgage Returns’ recently announced Spring Purchase Program, through which the company hopes to assist lenders in promoting new purchase business and referrals throughout the homebuying season.
