ATTOM Data Solutions Hires New Chief Technology Officer

Todd Teta

Comprehensive property data solutions provider ATTOM Data Solutions [1], based in Irvine, California, has announced the hiring of Todd Teta as chief technology officer.

Teta has two decades of experience in technology and product innovation, and he will leverage that experience to lead ATTOM’s technology and product teams, including the company’s three consumer websites: RealtyTrac.com [2], Homefacts.com [3], and HomeDisclosure.com [4].

“Todd brings the kind of customer-focused technological and real estate data management experience that will enable us to provide our clients with competitive advantage by leveraging our vast data, analytics, people and processes,” said Rob Barber, CEO at ATTOM Data Solutions. “His expertise in growing and scaling new technologies will guide us as we take additional steps to drive market growth and product innovation, leveraging the immense resources of the ATTOM Data Warehouse.”

Teta previously served as chief technology officer with Meyers Research, a Kennedy Wilson Company, leading new product initiatives such as Zonda, the first mobile-based real estate data and analytics platform targeting the new homebuilding industry. His positions prior to joining Meyers Research include vice president of technology at CoreLogic (where he launched the company’s first mobile applications); and president and co-founder of VisionCore, Inc., a technology product and services firm focused on the real estate and financial services industries. At VisionCore, Teta led sales, business development, client relations, and business management.

“I’m thrilled to be working with ATTOM Data Solutions,” Teta said. “This is a unique opportunity to use ATTOM Data Solutions’ comprehensive housing market data to create new products and services and drive innovation in the real estate marketplace.”
