Pat Hoffman
Hoffman will assist the COO in identifying and executing on a number of strategical operational initiatives in the newly created position of assistant VP of operations.
Prior to joining Safeguard, Hoffman held the position of director of operations with Capstone Logistics in Norcross, Georgia, for 11 years. In that position, Hoffman managed multiple accounts providing third-party warehouse services to leading wholesale and retail grocery and food service providers. Hoffman's responsibilities in that position also included implementing quality and performance improvement initiatives, managing safety programs, and delivering results through effective recruiting, training, and team building. Before Capstone, Hoffman served as operations manager for Roadway Express in Kernersville, North Carolina.
Hoffman has a bachelor of business administration in information systems and operations management from the University of Toledo in Ohio.
