Mortgage Contracting Services Hires New Senior Industry Relations Officer & SVP

Mortgage Contracting Services, LLC (MCS), a nationwide provider of property preservation, inspections, REO property maintenance and valuations to the financial services industry, announced that the company has named Tracy Hager its new Senior Industry Relations Officer, and Dave Sunlin as its new Senior VP.

Headquartered in Plano, Texas, MCS has protected and preserved communities across the nation for nearly 30 years, performing property inspections, property preservation, REO property maintenance, valuations, and other default-related services to some of thelargest and most respected banks and mortgage servicers in the industry.

Hager has been with MCS for six years, and is currently servicing as Vice President of Operations. For her new role, she will act she will act as liaison between MCS and its investors and insurers.

On the other hand, Sunlin will assume senior leadership of vendor management for both MCS’ property preservation work and MCS Valuations LLC, MCS’ sister company and a nationwide provider of appraisals, broker price opinions and other valuation-related products to the financial services industry. Prior to joining MCS, Sunlin was with Bank of America for 16 years, and most recently served as its Senior VP. He also held senior roles at Solutionstar and Auction.com.

“Tracy has played an important role in building our FHA platform, making substantial contributions to our operations and compliance initiatives. This is a well-deserved promotion,” says MCS CEO Caroline Reaves, in a press release issued by the company. “And Dave is the perfect person to focus on our vendor management program, particularly as we work to respond to the growing regulatory compliance demands.”
