GSF Mortgage announced COO Chad Jampedro is now leading the Wisconsin-based company as president. Jampedro began his career at GSF in June 2001 as a loan originator at the company's Illinois branch. Since that time, he has held several positions within GSF, has earned his real estate license, and even served as president of the Wisconsin Mortgage Professional Association.

Four years after inheriting an economy on the brink, Secretary of the Treasury Tim Geithner is stepping down. The nominee to replace him: Jack Lew, former director of the Office of Management and Budget during both the Clinton and Obama administrations and current White House Chief of Staff.

Residential Finance Corporation announced it has brought senior industry executive Nick G. Hahn on board to serve as CFO. Hahn is a 30-year banking and financial services industry vet, having worked most recently as CFO at Capitol Bancorp Limited.

Rekon Technologies announced the promotion of Jim Su to VP of software development. In his new role, Su is charged with overseeing the technology operations of Rekon's software programmers and managing the company's quality assurance team.

In Michigan, United Shore Financial Services, LLC (USFS) has a new leader at the helm. The company named Mat Ishbia as president. Ishbia previously served as president of United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM), USFS' largest division and the fastest-growing wholesale mortgage lender in America.

RentRange LLC appointed Eric Taylor to serve as its new president. Taylor joins the company with more than 25 years in the mortgage and insurance services industry.

In New Jersey, RedVision--a national provider of title reports and real property research solutions--announced the hiring of Andrew Nadal as regional sales director for the Southeast region. Nadal has a wealth of industry experience, having spent time at both Stewart Title and Statewide Lien Company.

Zillow, Inc., announced real estate industry vet Chris Crocker is joining the team as the company's VP of strategic partnerships. Crocker brings to the position more than 16 years of experience in the real estate industry, having served most recently as regional VP of operations for the Southwestern U.S. region of NRT, LLC.
