Churchill Promotes Three to Key Leadership Roles

In Tennessee, Churchill Mortgage announced the promotions of industry experts Pamela Kennedy, Nancy McMahan, and Jeanna Tidwell to key leadership positions.

Taking over as director of strategic relationships, Kennedy now has responsibility for managing Churchill’s relationships with corporate partners, including overseeing its VIP Benefit Program for various companies and organizations.

Meanwhile, McMahan—previously Churchill’s branch liaison—was named marketing projects manager. In her new role, she coordinates marketing initiatives and sustains the company’s nationwide branch presence. She is also responsible for overseeing marketing projects and helping to increase visibility in both new and existing markets.

Finally, Tidwell was promoted to a leadership role for the sales support and representative teams, where she now manages Churchill’s customer request pipeline.

According to company president Mike Hardwick, the three promotions represent part of an effort to strengthen Churchill’s business development efforts nationwide ahead of the spring and summer homebuying seasons.

“The expertise of these three individuals will be instrumental to the success of our efforts to increase operations across the country and meet the anticipated homebuyer demand,” Hardwick said.
