CoreLogic's [1] CFO will expand his leadership role in the company by also taking on the duties of COO, the company announced.
Frank Martell, who has served as CFO since August 2011, will continue to oversee CoreLogic's financial, technology, and strategic sourcing operations. In addition, he now has responsibility for the oversight of the company's various segments, including Technology and Processing Solutions, Asset Management and Processing Solutions, Property Information and Analytics, and Multifamily and Specialty Credit.
He will report to Anand Nallathambi, CoreLogic's president and CEO.
"Frank has played an important leadership role in the strategic transformation of our business operations over the past three years and I look forward to working closely with him as we continue to invest in areas of strategic growth and operational excellence that we believe will provide long-term value creation," Nallathambi said.
Martell has more than 30 years' experience in the marketing, financial services, and business information industries. Prior to joining CoreLogic, he was president and CEO of the Western Institutional Review Board. He also spent more than a decade at ACNielsen, where he ultimately held the position of global COO.
