LRES Veteran Promoted to CFO

candidatesIn California, LRES announced the promotion of accounting veteran Susheel Mantha to the role of CFO.

Mantha is a 10-year employee of LRES, serving previously in the company's accounting department as controller. In that position, she was responsible for monitoring LRES' cash flow and ensuring accurate and timely financial reports.

Before joining LRES, Mantha served as divisional controller for a large industrial services company.

"Susheel's in-depth knowledge of LRES and her broad experience in various accounting roles in the past two decades made her the natural choice for this role. Susheel will continue to have a strong leadership role within our company as she now manages the financial growth and forward-focused direction of LRES," said CEO Roger Beane.

Stepping up into her new role, Mantha is now responsible for overseeing the company's financial activities and accounting practices. She will also take the lead in identifying opportunities for expansion and in directing financial strategy, planning, and forecasts.

"It is an honor to increase my role and pursue my passion of financial forecasting and planning for such a visionary company as LRES," she said.
