Title insurance and settlement services provider Avenue 365 [1] announced the appointment of Pauldie Howrigan as VP and national account manager.
Stepping into her position, Howrigan is responsible for increasing Avenue 365's servicers to new and existing clients and helping the company enter into new strategic lender relationships, focusing primarily on the nation's leading national lenders.

Howrigan joins the company from ServiceLink, where she served as VP and national accounts director. Prior to that, she held national sales management positions for First American National Lenders Advantage and PMI Mortgage Insurance Co.
