LRES Names New Compliance Manager

NewValuations and asset management solutions provider LRES has added Emeka Madu to its team as manager of compliance, according to a company announcement.

In his new position overseeing LRES' compliance department, Madu's responsibility is to ensure the company remains up to date and compliant with all rules and regulations governing real estate appraisal, broker price opinion, and asset management. He is also in charge of reviewing, validating, and processing all correspondence related to state taxes, business licenses, appraisal management company regulatory licenses, and insurance requirements for LRES.

Before joining LRES, Madu worked as a legal consultant at a criminal defense law firm based in Beverly Hills. During that time, he also held a position as a paralegal professor at Platt College. Prior to that, he served as a legal compliance financial analyst for a strategy, risk management, and regulatory compliance consulting firm.
