United Guaranty’s adds VP to Strategic Accounts Team

United Guaranty Corp. has promoted Mimi Eaton to be the VP of the strategic accounts team, according to a recent press release.

The strategic accounts team serves a large volume of customers by providing them with customer service in the mortgage insurance industry, United Guaranty says. Team members work with leadership of lender customers to create and enhance solutions for borrowers.

Eaton has been with United Guaranty since 2012 as the senior account executive for Arizona and Southern Nevada, and was recently awarded at Guaranty’s annual sales meeting for outstanding performance in the growth of new accounts.

“Mimi Eaton’s sharp focus on understanding lenders’ needs and providing exceptional customer service make her an excellent addition to United Guaranty’s Strategic Accounts Team,” said Bryon Jones, SVP of Guaranty strategic accounts.

Prior to her new position, she worked with another mortgage insurance provider for eight years, the press release notes. Eaton has been an active member of the Arizona Mortgage Lenders Association for 12 years. She currently serves on its membership committee and was a board member for five years. She is also active with the Nevada Mortgage Lenders Association.
