RE/MAX Tops Rankings in Two National Reports

Colorado-based ""RE/MAX"":http://www.remax.com/ is being recognized for the expertise and efficiency of its agents. According to statistics from the 2012 ""REAL Trends 500"":http://www.realtrends.com/products/rt500 survey and the ""RIS Media Power Broker Report"":http://rismedia.com/, RE/MAX's agents were the most productive in the business during 2011.

Both annual surveys were based on overall performance, and findings from the studies showed that RE/MAX was the national franchise leader in serving homebuyers and sellers.

In the REAL Trends 500 rankings, RE/MAX's brokerages claimed 44 of the top 50 spots based on transaction sides per agent.

Other notable data within the REAL Trends 500 survey showed that RE/MAX had improved its average number of transition sides by 4 percent on a year-over-year basis. In a company statement, RE/MAX stated that its agents ""led all national franchises in total sales volume with $3 million, 60 percent more than the average of all other agents in the survey.""

In the RIS Media Power Broker Report, RE/MAX's transaction sides per agent rang in 21 percent higher than the company's nearest national competitor. Comparatively, agents with RE/MAX generated average sides per agent of 15.1, while the averages of all other agents included in the rankings was 7.2.

""RE/MAX agents are performing well at a critical time when housing is starting to improve, making them the best choice to help homebuyers and sellers in today's market.""
