Continental Title Holding Co. Acquires Assured Title Company of Warrenton

Scheidegger added that though there were many potential buyers under consideration, ""Continental was definitely the right fit for our employees and our customers.""

Assured Title Company's offices will continue to operate, and its current employees have been asked to join Continental Title. With the acquisition, Continental Title will now have a total of 13 offices throughout the St. Louis metro, expanding its footprint in the market.

The combined entities expect annual revenue for 2013 to be $26 million.
