Jampedro began his career at GSF in June 2001 as a loan originator at the company's Illinois branch. Since that time, he has held several positions within GSF, has earned his real estate license, and even served as president of the Wisconsin Mortgage Professional Association. He also earned his Certified Mortgage Planning Certification along the way.

""This is a well-deserved promotion for Chad,"" said retiring president Phil Siebert. ""He has learned every aspect of our business from the ground up--all of his experiences will serve him well going forward.""

Jampedro has proven to be a major asset for GSF, helping in 2004 to ease the company's transition into becoming a full-service direct residential mortgage lender. When the economic downturn threw many mortgage companies into disarray, Jampedro designed and implemented a new business strategy and assisted the company with the adoption of several new protocols that embraced the changes in the market.

Lastly, he is credited with creating for the company a technology-driven business model, cutting costs and streamlining the mortgage process for clients.

""Chad capitalizes on the opportunities presented to him and pushes our company forward in times of abundance and scarcity,"" said GSF owner Jim Guzanick. ""He has faced the worst financial crisis of the generation and has brought the company through it stronger than before. He has designed a client focused origination strategy that secures GSF in the marketplace for years to come.""
