Wong has more than two decades of experience in enterprise software technology, primarily at PeopleSoft and later at Oracle. Most recently, she was VP of engineering at Oracle's Taleo, a pioneer in cloud-based enterprise solutions, where she was responsible for product engineering, documentation, and quality assurance. Her career started in Australia, where she worked at a number of startups, investment banks, and consulting companies.
