Carrington Mortgage Services Builds on Leadership Team

The lending division of ""Carrington Mortgage Services"":http://www.carringtonhomeloans.com/ announced the addition of industry vet Jeff Gillis as SVP of operations.

A 20-year professional with a reputation for consistently innovating and implementing business strategies to drive positive results, Gillis' experience in mortgage lending is complemented by a diverse background across multiple disciplines. As SVP of operations at Carrington, his first order of business is to complete the company's conversion to Ellie Mae's Encompass360 origination software.

In addition, Carrington announced the promotion of Mariano Demarin to national sales director for the firm's retail lending division.

In his new position, Demarin assumes responsibility for all sales and branch operations within Carrington's retail channel. A real estate lending professional with more than 20 years' experience under his belt, he joined the company in 2010 as regional VP, a role in which he successfully expanded Carrington's network of retail lending locations and was directly responsible for establishing its East Coast presence.
