New CEO Appointed at ISGN Corp.

Florida-based ""ISGN Corporation"":http://www.isgn.com/ is welcoming a new CEO. The industry technology provider has appointed Ritesh Idnani to lead the company.

Previously the chief operating officer for ""Infosys BPO Limited"":http://www.infosysbpo.com/, Idnani takes over from Krishna Srinivasan, ISGN's founder, vice chairman, and former CEO. Srinivasan will continue to serve the company as a member of the board and will also remain as

executive vice chairman of ISGN.

""Along with his proven track record and immense experience, Ritesh brings on board tremendous strengths in growing multiple businesses organically as well as inorganically, which coupled with his global exposure and success with great companies will be a perfect complement to ISGN's all-star team and its mortgage industry expertise.
