Platinum Data Announces Additions to Board of Directors

Two new board members have been appointed at ""Platinum Data"":http://www.platdata.com/, and the valuation technology provider is preparing to welcome seasoned executives Hunter Atkins and John LaMacchia to the company's directorship. In an official statement, Platinum noted that the company hopes to capitalize on their leadership ""during the next phase of its growth and expansion.""


Both Atkins and LaMacchia boast previous board experience, having served as directors for various nationally recognized public, private, and non-profit organizations.

Huff and LaMacchia became acquainted when both men were members of the board of directors for ""eLynx, Ltd."":http://www.elynx.com/ Currently, LaMacchia is a director for ""The Kroger Co."":http://www.kroger.com/, and he has been a member of the company's board since 1990; during his career, LaMacchia has held leadership positions for ""Tellme Networks"":http://www.tellmenetworks.com/, CellNet Data Systems, and ""Cincinnati Bell"":http://www.cincinnatibell.com/, where was responsible for founding the company's spin-off, ""Convergys"":http://www.convergys.com/.

Atkins is the chairman of the board for ""Bank of Nashville"":https://www.bankofnashville.com/, and he is a veteran of the banking industry, with more than 35 years of service. After beginning his career with ""Commerce Union Bank"":http://www.commerceunionbank.com/, Atkins went on to become the president of Alabama-based AmSouth Bank.
