Booked at the Resort on Pelican Hill, the event will benefit wounded veterans and their families through contributions to the Veterans Airlift Command (VAC), an organization offering free air transportation to wounded veterans of operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom.

Proceeds will also go to the Carrington House Project benefitting Building for America's Bravest, a joint venture between the Gary Sinise Foundation and the Stephen Siller Tunnels to Towers Foundation. The organization builds ""smart homes"" constructed to meet the specific needs of individual veterans and their families.

""The Carrington Family of Companies is absolutely dedicated to supporting our Nation's Heroes and is proud of our ongoing work to support wounded Veterans and their families,"" said Bruce Rose, CEO and general partner of Carrington Holding Company. ""We have a fundamental obligation to help those that have sacrificed so much protecting our freedom and it is our hope that we can inspire others to join our commitment to give back to our deserving Veterans and their families.""

Since 2011, the annual golf tournament has raised a total of $1.76 million through the combined efforts of sponsors, supporters, donors, and volunteers. This year's event is expected to surpass the success of previous years, providing an even greater benefit for the two organizations.

""Being part of these missions and having the opportunity to hear the Veterans' stories firsthand serves as a powerful reminder of their sacrifices, and demonstrates the importance of assisting these deserving heroes,"" said Rosemary Rose, chairman of CCF's board of directors.
