""It is important to balance the investment returns of rental properties with the dynamics of the current marketplace, given the overall lack of inventory,"" noted Integra's president Eric Lichtenheld, commenting on what prompted the company to found the new initiative.

In an official statement, Integra stated that the program will lend an ""enhanced level of education for potential investors interested in investing in multi-family homes."" The components of Integra's new venture include workshops, one-on-one consulting, and access to the company's newsletter on investing in multi-family properties.

""The initiative enables Integra to offer more services geared toward increasing investors' profitability through intelligent analysis of the real estate market. Education is the first step in making the right investment decision and exploring all options,"" added Lichtenheld.

""We look forward to opening new possibilities for clients and expanding our services to cover a wider range of opportunities for the future,"" he concluded.
