Arbor Commercial Mortgage Promotes New COO

New York-based direct commercial real estate lender, ""Arbor Commercial Mortgage"":http://www.arbor.com/, LLC, has promoted John Caulfield to COO.

Caulfield, previously EVP and director of operations, will now supervise Arbor's $5.8 billion multifamily loan servicing portfolio.

He will be responsible for coordinating the company's business collaboration and engagement with Fannie Mae. In addition, he will oversee Arbor's sales origination, capital markets and underwriting departments as well as manage the company's trading and investment banking partnerships.

Throughout his almost two decades with Arbor, Caulfield has played a pivotal role in helping Arbor climb the ranks of the Top 10 Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting and Servicing Multifamily lenders, from tenth to sixth place in the last four years.

He also played a crucial part in the expansion of Arbor's Bridge Loan and FHA lending business.
