Caliber Hires Managing Sales Director for Correspondent Lending

Caliber Home Loans, Inc., a residential mortgage origination and servicing company with headquarters in Texas, announced the hiring of Karen Bausman as managing sales director of correspondent lending for the Eastern Region.

Bausman brings more than 30 years of experience in mortgages and financial services and has held numerous senior management roles throughout her career. Prior to joining Caliber, she was president at GMH Mortgage.

As a director of Caliber’s correspondent sales team, Bausman will be responsible for spearheading the development of the company’s correspondent channel in the East, leading and directing divisional sales initiatives, and building production relationships.
