New VP to Lead Business Development at Liquid Logics

Liquid Logics, the developers behind “the industry’s first Cloud-based loan origination system (LOS) built around the consumer’s experience,” announced the promotion of Peter Kallodaychsak to VP of business development.

Kallodaychsak is a 15-year veteran of the mortgage industry and previously served as a contractor for bFocused, Liquid Logics’ sister company. He has experience with both LOS and automated underwriting systems (AUS), giving him a more complete understanding of Liquid Logics’ unique offerings.

“What we’re offering the industry is very special and it takes a special person to share our story with the lenders who can benefit from it. What we have can not be considered a traditional LOS and the proven AUS that feeds it is anything but common,” said Liquid Logics president and CEO Sam Kaddah. “Peter is the right man to help people understand our story.”

“The new QM [qualified mortgage] rule has created both challenges and opportunities for banks who want to originate loans for their own portfolios or non-government investors,” Kallodaychsak said. “Our software is the perfect tool for this.

“Additionally, the regulator’s focus on customer satisfaction demands a more client-centric approach to lending, which we provide. I look forward to introducing this LOS to the hundreds of lenders across the country who will use it to increase their bottom line profits,” he continued.
