Stonegate Names New Retail Lending Chief

A seasoned executive, Locke arrives at his new position with 14 years of top-level experience at Pulaski Bank, where he served as president. As chief executive, he brought total origination volume to over $2 billion, earning the fast riser the top ranking in the Kansas City and St. Louis retail markets. He holds degrees from Webster University and Pittsburgh State University.

Locke praised his new employer, saying, ""Stonegate has the right mix of people, process and technology to provide best-in-class service to our retail customers and become a dominant player in the markets it serves.
