Guaranteed Home Mortgage Company Appoints Division Leader

Nichole Guthneck will help to lead ""Guaranteed Home Mortgage Company"":http://www.ghmc.com/Default.aspx as its newly-appointed division leader, the company announced.

Prior to joining the residential mortgage investment and banking firm, Guthneck served as VP of lending and operations for Access Mortgage Services. Before that, she worked as a branch manager for three separate mortgage companies.

In her role at Guaranteed, Guthneck is responsible for training, hiring, oversight, marketing, and policy for Guaranteed Direct, the firm's web-based residential mortgage platform.
