GMH Hires SVP of National Sales

""GMH Mortgage Services LLC"":https://gmhmortgage.com/, a nationally recognized mortgage banker headquartered in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, announced a new hire. Frank DiMaio joined the company as SVP of national retail sales.

DiMaio has more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry and most recently worked at GMAC Mortgage, where he was regional VP of retail sales. During his tenure there, he increased the active pipeline and fundings by 300 percent year-over-year while implementing numerous sales and growth strategies for both REO and retail purchase models. Prior to that, he worked as division president at American Home Bank.

At GMH, DiMaio will ""immediately begin recruiting, developing and training a national retail sales team in targeted areas of the country, while simultaneously building [the company's] sales pipeline, lead development channels and strategic alliances,"" according to Macchione.
