LRES Names VP of Human Resources

Woman-WorkingLRES, a firm specializing in valuations and asset management for the mortgage and real estate industries, announced the promotion of veteran employee Yvonne Thompson to VP of human resources (HR).

Ascending into her new role, Thompson is now responsible for developing and implementing internal policies to strengthen LRES' strategic direction while also overseeing staffing strategies to identify and nurture talent.

"I look forward to further developing the already dynamic culture at LRES and helping to direct the company's talent toward enhancing LRES service to our valued customers," she said.

Thompson started at LRES in 2001 as HR and accounting manager. Since then, she's moved up the ladder to director of HR, where she oversaw recruitment, employee compensation and benefits, and company compliance with government regulations.

Before coming to LRES, she was a senior account representative at Bank of America.

"Yvonne's long-term commitment to LRES, her experience in HR and her natural insight into the culture and mission of our company boosts service levels and facilitates the company's successful achievement of its objectives," said Roger Beane, founder and CEO of LRES.
