A seasoned mortgage executive has arrived at Decision Ready, the company announced Monday. Bill Garland joined Decision Ready as EVP of strategic relationships and business development. Garland has years of experience in leadership positions, serving most recently as SVP of ISGN Lending Solutions, where he managed client relations and business development for IT services.

Lending specialist A10 Capital has announced the appointment of a new head of business development for the company's Tri-State market. Adding industry veteran Bruce Dashevsky, A10 is gaining a new leader for development efforts throughout Connecticut, New Jersey, and New York.

Prudential California Realty has appointed real estate executive Leeann Iacino as COO. Iacino has extensive experience as a leader in the real estate industry, working as a top-selling agent with Moore and Company in Colorado and eventually founding Prestige Real Estate Group, an independent company that amassed more than $1 billion in sales in the Denver-Boulder area.

Vericrest Financial, Inc., announced Friday the formation of a new advisory board made up of financial services veterans. The company named four individuals to the board.

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau recently unveiled several recent changes of guard for senior personnel. The bureau said in a release on Tuesday that Kelly Thompson Cochran, Chris Lipsett, Stephen van Meter, and Delicia Reynold Hand would move into senior roles. Cochran will transition from her role as deputy assistant director into a new office as acting assistant director for regulations. Van Meter will take up a new position as deputy general counsel, a change from his past role as assistant general counsel for policy with the CFPB.

Five new faces joined the board of directors at the Office of Mortgage Settlement Oversight on Monday. The five include former banking commissioners, politicians, attorneys, and academics, with Mississippi banking commissioner John Allison and former North Carolina Gov. James Holshouser notably joining the board. Although board members, the five will serve only in functional roles for the mortgage settlement office. None will bring any decision-making power to bear on the national settlement.
